  1. Acceptance of Terms

  2. Services

    We provide transportation services as per your booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  3. Bookings and Payments

    Bookings can be made through our app or customer service. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

  4. Cancellations, Changes and Refund

    a. Cancellation by Customer

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    b. Changes to Bookings

    • Customers with travel insurance:
      • Changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
      • No changes are allowed less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
    • Customers without travel insurance:
      • Changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a change fee.
      • No changes are allowed less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    c. Cancellation by Us

    In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

    d. Refund Process

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please contact our customer service at +2348074064040 for assistance.

  5. User Conduct

    You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Any abusive, disruptive, or illegal behaviour may result in termination of service.

  6. Liability

    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

  7. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

  8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website.
